The first brown bag seminar for the semester was on Co-Inheritance of Cystic Fibrosis with Sickle Cell – Beta+ Thalassemia in a 2-Year-Old Girl: A Case Report was organized in Semester II Class room on the 27th February 2014. Student Bryn Dhir (MD2), presented the seminar and discussed briefly topics relating to Cystic fibrosis, Hemoglobinopathy, Infant pulmonary function testing, Sickle cell and Thalassemia. We had a participation of 30 students and faculty for the presentation. It was organized by CME/Research & Faculty Professional Development Committee.
